What we look for in partners.
The following are examples of what we typically evaluate. Specific criteria may vary by project type, scope, and trade.
- Proper licensing where required for the work performed
- General liability insurance
- Service-area fit for the projects we source
- Project-type alignment with your trade and experience
- Clear communication and responsiveness
- Ability to quote and contract directly with the customer
- Business documentation and references as requested
Meeting these criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the partner network or project introductions. Final participation is based on fit, capacity, and GTex Brokers' discretion.
Fees
How partner fees work.
GTex Brokers may use partner network fees and/or success-based referral fees depending on trade, service area, and participation level. Fee structures vary and are not published on the website.
Exact fees and fee triggers are always discussed and agreed to in writing before onboarding begins. You will know exactly what applies to your partnership before committing.
Payment to GTex Brokers does not guarantee project award, ranking, selection preference, or volume. The customer makes the final contractor selection on every project.

GTex Brokers is a project advisory and contractor matchmaking service. We are not the builder or general contractor on any project. We do not perform construction work, provide labor or materials, or supervise jobsites.
Contractors in our network quote and contract directly with the customer for any work performed. You remain responsible for your own licensing, insurance, permits, labor, materials, workmanship, schedule, and warranty obligations.
GTex Brokers does not guarantee contractor selection, ranking, project award, volume, or close rates. The customer makes the final decision about who to hire on every project.
