GTex Brokers provides contractor referral and matching services. We help connect customers with independent contractor partners.

GTex Brokers does not perform construction work and is not a party to construction contracts between customers and contractors.

• Provide accurate and complete project information.
• Use the website and forms for lawful business purposes only.
• Review and confirm all project scope, pricing, timelines, and agreements directly with your selected contractor.

Contractors are independent third parties. GTex Brokers does not control contractor operations, schedules, pricing, warranties, or performance.

Any contract for work is solely between you and the contractor. You are responsible for reviewing all terms before proceeding.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we aim to connect you with qualified providers, GTex Brokers makes no guarantee regarding project outcomes or contractor performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTex Brokers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
